• The minimum trial period for the product is 30 days.

• You must begin the return process within 60 days of your purchase date.

• Only sealed bottles are eligible for a refund.

• The refund does not include shipping or any customs fees.

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Steps to request a refund

1. Request the Authorization Code

Before sending the product, request the RMA #260 (Return Merchandise Authorization), which is required to process your return.

2. Prepare the package

Send all sealed bottles from your order to our distribution center at the address below. Make sure to clearly write RMA #260 on the outside of the package.

3. Include the documentation

Attach the original invoice. If you do not have it, include the following information inside the package

4. Wait for processing

Once the returned items are received and verified:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the total refund amount.
• It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
