Step 1 - Check the deadline
You have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, it will not be possible.
Step 2 - Return The Bottles
To receive a full refund, you must return all the bottles in your order, even if they are empty or partially used, to our distribution center within the established time limit.
Include the original invoice. If you don't have it, please send the following information with it:
