Steps to request a refund

Before sending the product, request RMA #260 (Return Merchandise Authorization), required to process your return.

2. Prepare the package

Send all sealed bottles from your order to our distribution center at the address below. Make sure to clearly write RMA #260 on the outside of the package.

4. Wait for processing

Once the returned items are received and verified:

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the total refund amount.
