Refund request rules

• The minimum product testing period is 30 days.

• You must initiate the return process within 60 days from the date of purchase.

• Only sealed bottles are eligible for refund.

• The refund does not include shipping or customs fees.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Steps to request a refund

1. Request the Authorization Code

Before sending the product, request RMA #260 (Return Merchandise Authorization), required to process your return.

2. Prepare the package

Send all sealed bottles from your order to our distribution center at the address below. Make sure to clearly write RMA #260 on the outside of the package.

3. Include the documentation

Attach the original invoice. If you don't have it, include the following information inside the package:

4. Wait for processing

Once the returned items are received and verified:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the total refund amount.
